An in-depth discussion where an athlete or coach brings a specific situation, problem to solve, or area requiring clarity or education — and we work through it in detail within a single session, with clear, actionable outcomes.
Through podcasts, social media, and general Q&As, many questions are answered at a broader level — often in a one-way format that isn’t tailored to someone’s exact situation.
These sessions are for when you want to go deeper — real back-and-forth discussion, full context, and solutions built specifically for your situation.
